Job summary

Inoxoft is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of complex B2B technology and consulting services in the US and European markets. You will generate your own leads and collaborate with our Lead Generation team, moving conversations into concrete engagements.

You will qualify opportunities, conduct discovery calls, present tailored solutions, and work with leadership on close plans. A visa for travel to client sites and strong communication skills are required.

Job description

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help develop sales of complex B2B technology and consulting services in the US and European markets.The role combines sales with generating your own leads. You'll identify potential clients, understand their business needs, present relevant services, and develop conversations into concrete opportunities. Alongside your own outreach, you'll work with leads from our Lead Generation team and inbound enquiries.You'll have access to an established lead generation approach and opportunities to learn from sales colleagues. Company leadership will participate in selected client meetings and support the later stages of engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Research potential clients and run your own outreach to start relevant business conversations.
  • Qualify leads from outbound and inbound channels.
  • Lead discovery calls to understand clients' business processes, challenges, and priorities.
  • Present our services clearly, connecting what we offer to the problems a client needs to solve.
  • Build relationships through consistent follow-up and move opportunities towards discussions about specific projects.
  • Work with company leadership on client meetings and the next stages of engagement.
  • Test and refine your outreach and sales approach based on responses and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Sales skills and a consultative approach: you can ask useful questions, understand a business problem, and explain how a service can address it.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to make complex ideas clear.
  • Willingness to generate your own leads regularly. Previous experience is welcome, but we're also open to candidates ready to learn.
  • Ability to understand unfamiliar services and business processes without needing a deep technical background.
  • An active, adaptable approach combined with organised work and consistent follow-through.
  • English level: Advanced (C1).
  • Experience generating leads and developing opportunities through your own outreach.
  • Experience selling consulting or technology services focused on improving business processes.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and a valid US visa.
