Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in enterprise sales to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a proven track record of selling marketing services, digital products, or technology solutions to large-scale enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and close enterprise-level clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, client services and leadership teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and verticals for Consumer51’s services.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a minimum of 2 years selling to enterprise clients.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably within the digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing and web development landscape.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in or with a digital agency.
  • Existing network of enterprise contacts.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI, branding, or digital strategy services.
