MoveDocs is seeking a self-motivated, intelligent, and outgoing professional to serve as a Business Development Manager targeting personal injury law firms. The ideal candidate will cultivate and expand attorney relationships by showcasing the advantages of our technology and the benefits of partnering with our company. Responsibilities include providing law firms with training, updates on new services and features, and maintaining current and future relationships. This is a remote position based in Philadelphia, PA or Southern NJ and involves managing relationships across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with attorneys and law firms in Philadelphia, Southern NJ, and Delaware.
  • Initiate contact with attorneys and schedule weekly meetings.
  • Create new relationships with attorneys and law firms, and nurture existing ones to grow the business.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with attorneys to keep MoveDocs top-of-mind and encourage the use of our technology.
  • Travel within the region to meet in person with attorneys and build strong relationships.
  • Handle all attorney communications, including follow-ups, answering questions, and training on MoveDocs technology.
  • Assist in scheduling plaintiffs for services as requested by attorney clients.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • JD, MBA, or Paralegal degree is a plus.
  • Experience in paralegal, legal, account management, or outside sales is advantageous.
  • Experience working with attorneys or professionals is a plus.
  • Must reside in the greater Philadelphia, PA or Southern NJ area; no relocation offered.
  • Strong drive, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, confident, and passionate.
  • Ability to travel within the region (approximately 60%), with remote work constituting about 40% of the time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
