Through our platform, we deliver talent quickly and efficiently. As we scale nationally, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and expand our presence in new markets.

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role also includes market research, developing and implementing growth strategies, and present reports on progress.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (marketplace or staffing industry experience is a plus)

Proven track record of closing B2B deals and managing high-value client relationships

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities

Proficient with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and adaptability

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and expansion efforts
