Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Manager of Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will oversee regional business development strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Support sector leaders in business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and adjust business development strategies.
  • Manage client accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop a comprehensive calendar of key dates and events.
  • Travel for client meetings, conferences, and conventions as required.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or sales (10 years preferred).
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and developing new business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work under pressure.
