Job summary

Caring Transitions of East Denver is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day activities, develop long-term referral networks, and serve as the primary contact with partners and prospects.

You will work with the team to identify prospect needs, structure goals, and take increasing responsibility for the sales and closing process, while expanding the business through innovative marketing practices and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience with proven results.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong negotiation ability.
• Positive mindset with passion for franchise mission and vision.
• Motivated, self-starter with strong organization and time management.
• Team player able to collaborate; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Job description

PURPOSE: Manage the day-to-day sales and marketing activities for Caring
Transitions of East Denver. Develop long-term network referral sources. Develop short and long-term marketing strategies.
Serve as the main point of contact with referral sources and suspects/prospects. Work
closely with our team to identify and analyze prospect needs and wants. Communicate with prospects to identify and structure goals. Take increasing responsibility for the sales and closing process.
Improve and expand the Caring Transitions business through innovation,
implementation, documentation and quantification of our marketing processes.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Develop relationships with networking and referral source partners through regular meetings, phone calls and electronic communications
• Manage and improve lead generation, assist in converting leads to sales
• Coordinate and lead prospect meetings with a prepared agenda
• Sell service packages that meet the needs, wants and objectives of senior clients
• Schedule and present at trade shows, public education events, and networking events
• Work with management and Marketing Support Specialist to originate content and success stories for business communications, social media, referral partners, public education, and media relations
• Develop and implement marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights
• Understand, discover and leverage strategic business opportunities and partnerships
• Schedule and manage marketing tactics and activities utilizing cross-functional project management and social media tools
• Maintain effective internal communications regarding marketing functions and activities

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE: Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience sales and marketing with proven results
• Must possess at a minimum, (High School degree) Bachelor’s Degree, in related field is preferred.
• Must exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
• Have a positive mindset and strong sense of purpose with the capacity to develop a passion for the mission and vision of the franchise
• Motivated, self-starter with strong organization and time management skills
• Possesses the ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
