Job summary

Caring Transitions of East Denver is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Lead to manage day-to-day sales and marketing activities, develop a robust referral network, and craft both short- and long-term marketing strategies. You will serve as the primary liaison with referral sources and prospects while coordinating with the team to align goals with client needs.
