Job summary

ProDrivers in Deer Park, TX is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow our transportation and CDL staffing portfolio. You will develop relationships with transportation managers, fleets supervisors, and logistics leaders to win new business.

You’ll identify challenges such as driver shortages, compliance needs, and turnover, and deliver consultative solutions centered on safety, reliability, and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven success acquiring new customers using modern salestools.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
