About Us
Delta-T Group is a national leader in referral and workforce solutions across behavioral health, education, social services, and healthcare sectors. We are expanding into the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space and are seeking a Business Development Manager to help launch and grow this brand-new vertical.
Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead new business efforts in our emerging MSP vertical. This is a unique opportunity to help build a service offering from the ground up and play a critical role in shaping its success. You’ll be the face of our MSP services to potential clients, working closely with leadership to define strategy, win business, and establish a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target, and acquire new MSP clients, with a focus on education, healthcare, and human services markets.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our new MSP offering.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing, including RFP responses and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customized, scalable workforce solutions.
• Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to refine MSP service design and positioning.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year focused on selling managed services (MSP).
• Demonstrated success in new business development and driving growth in a startup or emerging product area.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
• Knowledge of the staffing and workforce solutions industry is highly preferred.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
