Job summary

Verifone in the United States seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager - Operational Services to drive growth across installation, break/fix, advanced exchange, configure-to-order, repair, logistics, and other end-to-end lifecycle services.

This role owns opportunities from identification through solution development, commercial terms, implementation, and revenue realization with a strong emphasis on expanding services across existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, services sales, or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record of selling complex services and operational solutions.
• Experience managing opportunities from initial engagement through implementation and revenue realization.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for and develop new customers requiring Operational Services (installation, break/fix, advanced exchange, configure-to-order, repair, logistics).
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline and provide revenue forecasts.
• Develop relationships with customer stakeholders across Operations, IT, Procurement, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Translate customer requirements into customized service solutions and present proposals including pricing and business cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and support pricing, proposals, and SOWs.
• Maintain opportunity and forecast information in Salesforce and manage end-to-end delivery through implementation.
• Travel 30-50% across the U.S. and Canada for customer meetings and site visits.
