Interim HealthCare of the Midlands in Columbia, SC, seeks a Business Development Manager to lead the Home Health and Hospice sales team, grow revenue, and strengthen community partnerships.

You will develop sales and marketing strategies, manage referrals, train staff, and expand key accounts to boost growth while aligning with our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• Successful sales experience with healthcare clients; familiarity with Home Health and Hospice markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external engagement.
• Experience building referral networks and payor relationships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Home Health and Hospice BD liaison team.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Manage forecasts, budgets, profitability, and expense controls.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and BD opportunities.
• Build and expand referral partnerships and key accounts.
