Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Lead—a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of growth initiatives, drive meaningful client partnerships, and shape the future of a mission-driven healthcare company. This is a performance-focused role with significant autonomy, ideal for someone who values results over rigid corporate structure. Key Responsibilities:
• Own and lead new business development efforts across the U.S.
• Cultivate relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, and vendor management organizations
• Identify market trends, develop outreach strategies, and pursue new partnership opportunities
• Represent Neurocoverage at healthcare industry events, conferences, and online forums
• Collaborate directly with leadership to shape scalable client acquisition strategies
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare staffing sales or B2B client development
• Strong track record of contract negotiation and deal closing
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a remote, entrepreneurial environment
