We are actively seeking candidates with experience in Business Development, Targeted Sales, and Strategic Planning, particularly within high-end residential sales, to expand our client portfolio. Our luxury client base requires oversight by someone experienced in luxury residential construction.

The ideal candidate will serve as a BD Lead, collaborating with the Marketing department to evolve our sales platform and manage various client project types. Responsibilities include organizing construction procedures, ensuring timely and efficient project completion, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal results. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities
  1. Create strategic plans for current clients and new client acquisition.
  2. Coach team members on effective sales techniques to increase revenue.
  3. Develop strategies to improve sales performance through ongoing training.
  4. Prepare regular updates on current projects and business opportunities.
  5. Determine resource needs, including manpower, equipment, and materials, with attention to budget.
  6. Generate action plans to enhance performance and capacity.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Lead.
  2. Deep understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with construction/project management software; Procore experience a plus.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  6. Leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
