Job summary

Black Banner Productions, a creative video production team, is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to grow the client base by building relationships, setting appointments, and bringing in new and existing clients. You will work with our creative team to translate client needs into compelling video and marketing solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in B2B sales, strong communication, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional sales or business development experience in B2B settings.
• Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business.
• Strong communication with business owners, directors, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business: identify, prospect, and connect with potential clients via cold outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build relationships with owners, marketing directors, executives, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the sales process from outreach and discovery calls to proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Understand client needs and recommend video production and marketing solutions that create value.
• Sell Black Banner’s video production, social media management, and ongoing content solutions.
• Develop partnerships with agencies and organizations for ongoing opportunities.
• Manage the pipeline and follow-ups within the CRM.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop proposals and transition from sales to production.
• Hit sales goals and contribute to the company’s growth.
