Job summary

Black Banner in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Video Creative who can handle production and post-production end to end, from filming client projects to delivering polished edits that get viewers to stop scrolling.

You'll lead on-set direction, collaborate with a team of videographers and editors, manage timelines and deliverables, own the post-production process (color, sound design, animations), and help shape stories that make clients stand out.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in professional video production, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to lead projects through pre to post-production.
• Strong post-production and on-set direction skills.

Responsibilities

We're Black Banner, a creative video production team that believes in doing great work and having fun while we're at it. We help businesses grow with videos that actually get people to stop scrolling, pay attention, and take action.

We're looking for a rockstar videographer and editor to build the team as our Video Creative. This role is for someone who can confidently handle the production and post-production to create and bring creative visions to life, work alongside a team to collectively produce high value content.

From capturing sports to filming in a corporate office, no two days are the same. We push each other to do our best work, support big ideas, and know when to break for ping pong or hit the golf sim.

What you’ll do:

• Filming client projects and timely edits.
• Collaborate on video projects from beginning to end, from pre-production through final delivery.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal communication.
• Direct clients on camera so they feel confident, natural, and look their best
• Work with a team of videographers and editors.
• Own the post-production process including editing, color, sound design, animations, etc.
• Being the creative standard for Black Banner standard.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and shape stories that help clients stand out
• Keep projects moving smoothly, timelines clear, and communication strong across the team

What you bring:

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional video production experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to lead projects through production and post-production stages
• Strong post-production skills with Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects
• Confidence working directly with clients and leading on-set direction
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent work every time
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bring calm, clarity, and momentum to busy shoots
