Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales
  • Located in Surabaya/Gresik/Sidoarjo/Pasuruan/Mojokerto/Kediri
  • Proven background working with 4PL & 3PL logistics companies
  • Experienced in LTL, Road Logistics Sales with Customer Networks
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels is highly advantageous
  • A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, with the ability to work well independently or in groups
  • Strong networker & relationship builder, highly goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing
  • Hands-on knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems
  • Good analytical capabilities for market mapping
