As an Advertiser Sales Manager, you will drive the growth of FlexOffers advertiser base by recruiting new ecommerce brands, negotiating partnership terms, and nurturing long-term revenue-generating relationships. You'll be a key player in building robust advertiser pipelines — not just for yourself, but for the team — contributing to a culture of success, accountability, and shared growth.

**Only Candidates with core Affiliate Marketing Experience will be considered**

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • New Business Development & Outreach: Plan and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage potential clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through research, cold outreach, and follow-ups with inbound leads
  • Consultative Selling: Understand advertisers affiliate marketing goals and provide tailored solutions to scale their programs
  • Team Collaboration: Share best practices, mentor peers, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative sales culture
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs including call volume, connection rates, conversion rates, and contributions to the sales pipeline
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to uncover new opportunities
  • Feedback Loop: Work closely with Operations and Account Management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
  • Lead and develop the intake team to achieve departmental KPIs and conversion targets
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM and reporting systems to track performance metrics and optimize the intake process
  • Analyze intake data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to signed client
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports for leadership

COMPETENCIES

  • 3–5+ years of proven new business sales experience (preferably in affiliate marketing, ad tech, SaaS, or digital marketing services)
  • Affiliate Marketing Experience a must
  • Natural hunter mentality — you’re addicted to prospecting and passionate about winning new clients
  • Money-motivated with a strong internal drive to beat quotas
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing or performance-based advertising
  • Fiercely independent yet collaborative — you win and help others win, too
  • Comfortable in a high-activity, high-accountability environment
  • Experience working in a Remote Work Setting (Home Based)
  • Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn for prospecting
  • Team Player!

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and or a related field
