Are you a motivated and resourceful individual with a passion for sales and technology?

Directful is looking for an energetic, self-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our growth in the hospitality SaaS space. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, generating new business opportunities and showcasing the value of Directful’s platform to hoteliers seeking to increase their revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects that fit our target customer profile.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, warm calls, and emails to engage new potential clients.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, and Teams to effectively source, target, and engage prospects.
  • Show creativity and resourcefulness in reaching prospects who could benefit from our innovative data enriched marketing platform.
  • Represent Directful’s product, brand, and company in a way that leaves a lasting impression, quickly demonstrating how we help hotels grow their revenue quickly.
  • Exhibit high standards of timeliness, responsiveness, and follow-up, ensuring strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, tracking your activities, meetings, and sales data.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to help nurture new business opportunities and ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to sales demos for Sales Executives.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of hospitality marketing, technology, and the needs of our customers to provide the best outreach strategies.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Understanding Hospitality Marketing:
  • You’ll have a solid understanding of how hoteliers market their properties and grow their revenue through various distribution channels (e.g., OTAs, direct bookings, brand websites, etc.). You'll be familiar with the challenges hotels face in driving direct bookings, managing customer relationships, and utilizing technology to optimize their marketing strategies. This knowledge will help you effectively engage with potential clients and demonstrate how Directful’s solution can improve their revenue and guest retention.
  • You will be familiar with our target customer profiles, the value of AI marketing automation, and Directful’s value proposition.

About You:

  • Creative and resourceful in your prospecting efforts, with a knack for crafting personalized outreach strategies that resonate with potential customers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain accurate CRM records independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills in outreach and follow-ups, both verbal and written.

What Skills You Need:

  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience (Sales or SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with tools like, Seamless.ai, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and focus on revenue-generating activities.
  • Understanding of the SaaS landscape and the hospitality industry, staying on top of industry news and trends.
  • Prospecting skills: Comfortable leveraging prospect calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques to engage prospects.
  • Effective communication: You can articulate ideas clearly and effectively, and you thrive on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Growth mindset: Self-aware and eager to continuously improve by proactively seeking feedback.
  • Results-oriented: Motivated by achieving and exceeding goals, with a passion for success and personal growth.
