Next Creation Software is seeking a Business Development professional to drive lead generation via LinkedIn, email, calling, and market mapping. You will manage client relationships and develop accounts, connecting with hiring managers, vendor managers, procurement teams, or MSP/VMS ecosystems.

The ideal candidate identifies open requirements, converts conversations into opportunities, and maintains strong communication, follow‑up, and ownership mindset.
