Job summary

CAM Property Services is seeking a hungry, high‑impact Business Development Executive to drive Growth in field‑based Southern California. You’ll build a portfolio by selling Property Intelligence inspections, landscaping, parking lot services and facility maintenance to commercial, multifamily and other managed assets.

This role rewards disciplined prospecting, relationship building and closing profitable recurring work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.
• Commercial real estate, multifamily or property‑services experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to prospect by phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and in‑person.
• Comfortable walking a property and asking intelligent operational questions.
• Familiar with CRM and following up to close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of targeted properties, portfolios and decision-makers.
• Prospect property managers, asset managers, owners and facility leaders.
• Use Property Intelligence to identify needs clients may not see today.
• Conduct property walks and turn findings into compelling proposals.
• Sell profitable recurring and on‑demand services.
• Grow relationships into multi‑property enterprise portfolios.
• Develop relationships through industry organizations.
• Negotiate and close service agreements.
• Partner with Operations for onboarding and success.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, opportunities and forecasts in Aspire CRM.
