CAM Property Services is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to build a multi-property portfolio across Southern California. You’ll prospect, open doors and close profitable recurring and on-demand services for commercial, multifamily and other assets.

This field-based role spans Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire and San Diego, with a strong emphasis on relationship development and industry networking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling to property managers, asset managers or owners.
• Ability to build and manage multi-property portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of targeted properties and decision-makers.
• Prospect property managers, asset managers, owners and facility leaders.
• Use Property Intelligence to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Conduct property walks and turn findings into proposals.
• Sell recurring and on-demand services.
• Grow relationships into multi-property portfolios.
