Responsibilities
- The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, conducting prospecting campaigns, developing relationships, and understanding the customers' critical business strategies. They will work with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that achieve the customers' business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
- Proven track record of new business development selling professional services.
- Experience with a broad range of sales cycles (three to twelve months).
- Career stability with no more than three jobs in the past ten years.
- Ability to generate leads and increase revenue; compensation is performance-based with uncapped commissions and bonuses.
- Demonstrated success in increasing revenue through lead generation.
Additional Details
- Must reside within commuting distance to Bala Cynwyd, PA (Greater Philadelphia area).
- Salary: $135,000 (base), plus commission and performance bonuses.
