We have an opportunity for a Business Development Coordinator to join our Global Business Development team, supporting Disputes practice areas and providing office support as needed.

Description

Business Development Coordinator

Working closely with the Business Development Managers (BDMs), the BD Coordinator will support activities including proposals, marketing collateral, case tracking, directory submissions, awards, digital marketing, events, presentations, client research, and related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supporting RFPs, proposals, and client revenue opportunities.
  • Managing pitch and proposal tracking.
  • Updating practice matter databases.
  • Managing submissions for directories, awards, and surveys.
  • Producing marketing materials and working with practice group BDMs.
  • Coordinating mailing lists with secretaries and digital marketing team.
  • Assisting with business development budgets.
  • Supporting onboarding of new laterals with bios, news releases, etc.
  • Planning and executing firm events, webinars, and client entertainment.
  • Assisting with presentations and client research.
Requirements

Associates' degree and at least two years of marketing experience in a professional/law firm or trade association. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and webinar tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
