We are currently hiring for the position of:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Job Purpose: Build and foster new client relationships; grow our National Alliance Sales! Support our Scottsdale, AZ-based National Alliance Sales Division Office by leveraging your experience in marketing, sales, project management, communication, event planning, public speaking, and more. Support strategic training programs, develop talent, and prospect new clients. **Please note, the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR must be willing and able to travel to represent the firm at corporate events, including national conventions, conferences, and tradeshows.

Job Duties

Familiarize with or utilize equipment such as:

  1. Telephones & Smartphones
  2. Mac/PC and peripherals
  3. Ethernet / WiFi / IT
  4. Cloud Portals (e.g., Microsoft remote desktop)
  5. Microsoft Office (365) at an intermediate level
  6. Video Conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams) at an intermediate level
  7. Social Media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Objective:

The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR manages daily sales functions for the Scottsdale-based National Alliance Sales Office, supporting an innovative sales and marketing infrastructure. Must be willing and able to travel for corporate events.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Sales: Meet monthly PEO sales quotas.

Marketing: Support campaigns, telemarketing, sales projects, partnerships, and events.

Operations: Support sales projects, assist at events, troubleshoot office equipment.

General Administration: Support administrative functions, respond promptly to client and team requests, maintain organized files.

Skills / Requirements

Excellent communication and organizational skills, maturity, competitiveness, autonomy, strong work ethic, professional etiquette.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

Experience:

  • 2+ years in B2B strategic sales preferred
  • Energetic, inspiring, motivated self-starter
  • Experience in PEO, payroll, recruiting, insurance, or franchise sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, social media, and prospecting tools
  • Ability to develop strategic business plans to meet/exceed quotas
  • Experience supervising small teams and managing sales projects
