What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources is seeking a new Training Program & Development Coordinator to provide cross-functionally and work collaboratively as a member of the Training Department. This position is responsible for co-creating, planning, overseeing and monitoring training to meet the training needs of the CWCN workforce development plan. On a Typical Day, You Might

  • Direct the development, organization, and facilitation of training events and programs.
  • Monitor all training development coordination related activities.
  • Engage and collaborate with leadership to identify immediate and ongoing training and development needs, as well as communicate training plans.
  • Participate in other committees as assigned in support of programmatic training and development needs.

Education/Experience

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience in Human Services, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Human Resources or Education to include experience in coordinating training, developing educational content, or Learning Management System (LMS) administration.

OR

Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in Human Services, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Human Resources or Education to include experience in coordinating training, developing educational content, or Learning Management System (LMS) administration.

OR

Equivalent combination of education/experience.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Human Resources, Education, or field related to these majors. Or a Master’s degree in curriculum and instruction, education.

License/Certification

Must have a valid driver’s license

Preferred License/Certification

Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD)

Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Certified Technical Professional (CTP)

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
