Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Provide high level administrative sales support to the U.S. Business Development Team, reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Business Development.
- Collaborating with U.S. Business Development team to prepare proposals involving the use of Excel formulas and functions for multiple spreadsheet models
- Create electronic documents for proposals, bids and job costing/work loading spreadsheets for all new and current business opportunities.
- Review RFP documents and requirements and assist with response.
- Manage all new and current contracts and insurance certificates/requirements.
- Interfacing with partners to obtain information necessary for the development of the business proposal
- Act as liaison between the operations department and the sales department.
- Create documentation for new accounts.
- Assist with planning client parties and events.
- Assist President with reports and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements on an as needed basis.
Skills
- Ability to manage overlapping projects and deadlines.
- Process and detail oriented.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills (financial or operations background preferred)
- MUST possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Prezi software experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platform is a plus
- Ability to work independently.
- Dynamic and Self-Motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with impeccable record keeping and report generation.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience (will also entertain new graduates with analytical background)
