• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, brokers, architects, designers, and other referral sources.
• Identify prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and support the sales process from initial contact through project handoff.
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, industry functions, and market outreach activities.
• Partner with internal estimating, operations, and leadership teams to align client needs with construction solutions.
• Track business development activity, pipeline progress, and market opportunities to support revenue growth.
