Job summary

Veryable in Dallas seeks a Business Development Associate to drive growth in the North Texas market. You will engage manufacturing and distribution leaders, present the value of our on-demand labor platform, and build strategic client partnerships through persistent outreach and consultative selling.

The role requires a self-starter with excellent communication, coachability, and teamwork. You will visit client sites, create roadmaps, track progress in CRM, and collaborate with a regional team

Responsibilities

• Promotes company values, reputation, and culture.
• Conduct site visits with manufacturing, operations and warehouse leaders to build strategic accounts.
• Present to potential clients on the value of Veryable’s platform.
• Create roadmaps to onboard new clients and set success benchmarks.
• Research target lists, build brand awareness and maintain client relationships via cold calls, email campaigns, social media.
• Manage CRM, HubSpot, and identify scalable ways to generate interest.
• Leverage LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot to manage the BD process.
• Maintain compliance with operational and business development metrics.
• Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and stay competitive.
• Collaborate with regional team to grow Veryable’s local footprint.
