Business Development Associate:

We are looking for a high achieving, persistent and goal oriented person to initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls and other communication methods. This role is focused on identifying sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.

As a Pressure King Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in championing our core value of positive customer experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities ():

  • Cultivate, maintain and grow relationships with key decision makers; ranging from local municipalities to regional and national private businesses.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale support.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our cleaning equipment.
  • Provide post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with the team members to craft targeted campaigns and materials for this specific market segment.
Qualifications

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists or CRM system.
  • Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs and introduce the company’s products or services
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine next steps (e.g., scheduling a meeting, passing to account executive, or nurturing for future follow-up)
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM
  • Follow up with warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, referrals, or web inquiries
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call quotas and conversion goals
