Himmel’s Architectural Door and Hardware seeks a Business Development & Administrative Coordinator for the Grapevine, TX location. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Business Unit Manager and carries responsibilities spanning reception, calls, visitor greeting, and internal coordination.
Key duties include AP/AR support, order processing, customer visits, and relationship building with contractors, architects, and vendors.

Himmel’s is a growing organization with locations in New Orleans, Prairieville and Houston, Dallas area, and Nashville area. We pride ourselves as the door opening experts, not simply a construction material supplier. Our family owned and operated company is seeking a Business Development & Administrative Coordinator to join our team at our Grapevine, TX location. The Business Development & Administrative Coordinator position is the first impression that potential clients, customers and visitors have with Himmel’s, both in person and over the telephone.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000

Job Type: Full-time
Weekly day range: Monday to Thursday 7am-4:30pm, and Friday, 7am-3:30pm.
Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
