Job summary

Himmel’s Architectural Door and Hardware in Houston is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will sell door and hardware products and services to walk-in and over-the-phone customers, supporting a smooth sales process from inquiry to order.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday–Thursday 7 am–4:30 pm and Friday 7 am–3:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with door and hardware product or service needs by explaining and demonstrating features and referring service calls to Maintenance Department.
• Answering customers’ questions and sending additional information regarding Himmel’s products via email, chat, and by phone.
• Providing excellent customer service by ensuring a smooth sales transaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Sales Representative will sell door and hardware products and services offered by Himmel’s to walk-in and over-the-phone customers.
