Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services, Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Miami area and surrounding regions. The role focuses on integrated industrial, environmental, and equipment rental sales across multiple markets.

You will plan and execute sales efforts, maintain a strong pipeline, and collaborate with Corporate Sales, Field Sales, and Operations to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities.
• Ability to set and drive to achieve individual goals.
• Coordinate effectively with Corporate Sales, Field Sales, and Operations.
• Follow the company expense and reimbursement policy.
• Uphold Stallion brand compliance in all activities.
• Understand and engage in contracting and negotiating processes.
• Know how to meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Proactively develop and maintain customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers for equipment rentals, services, and environmental products.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Ensure Stallion is on RFQ/RFP lists.
• Build rapport with existing and potential customers.
• Anticipate and manage customer needs.
• Communicate opportunities internally.
• Lead development of proposals.
• Attend local sales and marketing events as required.
• Assist in MSA contracting and credit assessment process.
• Adhere to expense budgets.
