5+ years of relevant program management experience in a cross-functional environment.
2+ years of experience leading multi-phase, cross-functional programs.
Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies including Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall.
Ability to lead multi-team initiatives and adapt delivery models to business needs.
Significant experience supporting business transformation, operational efficiency, or strategic initiatives.
Align program execution with organizational goals, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive measurable outcomes.
Advanced skills in program budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams.
Experience managing program governance processes, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution.
Expert knowledge of change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Advanced skills in program analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Smartsheet.
Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira (preferred).
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and governance standards.
Promote continuous improvement and change readiness within program teams.
Mentor program managers and team leads to build delivery capability and leadership skills.
Support refinement of program delivery methodologies and enterprise best practices.
Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, and other enabling functions to support execution and business readiness.
Represent program management in cross-functional planning and capability-building initiatives.
