Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to own and drive operational strategy across PMO, integration, capacity planning, and business continuity.

You will lead cross-functional programs, advance AI enablement, and report to the Vice President, Global Operations, guiding multi-site initiatives and scalable growth. The role requires 10+ years of strategy and operations experience, strong leadership, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field with 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, PM, or business transformation.
Several years of people leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
Proven success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives or enterprise programs in manufacturing, life sciences, or similar complex settings.
Experience developing multi-year operational roadmaps and prioritizing investment, capacity, or growth decisions.
Hands-on experience sponsoring or implementing AI, smart manufacturing, digital, or data science initiatives.
Ability to travel approximately 35%.

Responsibilities

Lead operational strategy and execution across PMO, integration, capacity planning, and business continuity.

Prioritize and evaluate business cases to guide investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic focus.
Identify and scale smart manufacturing opportunities to improve performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field with 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, program management, or business transformation preferred; advanced degree preferred.
Several years of people leadership experience.
Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
Proven success leading multiple cross-functional strategic initiatives or enterprise programs with measurable business impact in a manufacturing, life sciences, or similarly complex operating environment.
Experience developing and executing multi-year operational roadmaps, prioritizing business cases, and driving decisions tied to investment, capacity, or growth objectives.
Experience leading integration planning, business continuity, and long-range capacity planning for large-scale operations or multi-site environments.
Hands-on experience sponsoring or implementing AI, smart manufacturing, digital, or data science initiatives that improved operational performance, efficiency, or decision-making.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence senior leaders across functions and sites to deliver strategic outcomes.
Ability to travel approximately 35%.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
Experience leading digital transformation, smart manufacturing, or advanced analytics initiatives within operations is a plus.
Experience supporting network optimization, new product introduction, or supply chain strategy in a multi-site environment is a plus.
