Job summary

Scientific Search seeks a Transformation Project Manager to drive technical initiatives for a global contract development and manufacturing partner in beauty, personal care, and healthcare brands. The role focuses on delivering solutions that optimize processes, with strong emphasis on scope, schedule, and budget.

The candidate will lead end-to-end lifecycle activities, develop roadmaps, analyze workflows, manage change, and report outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, communication, risk management and juggle multiple priorities across teams with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of end-to-end lifecycle of technical transformation projects, including scope development, planning, budget creation & management, execution, resource management, risk management, change management, training and postimplementation stabilization.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project roadmaps that align milestones with broader organization goals, ensure projects are prioritized, resourced, and delivered in line objectives.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, utilizing data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integration new processes into daily operations, track progress, manage risk, communicate with stakeholders, drive and report outcomes.
  • Apply structured change management methodologies to minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement during transitions.
  • Champion best practices in project management and change management to enhance transparency and efficiency and promote outcomes.
  • Manage and communicate project status through entire project life cycle.
  • Track resource usage and timelines during all phases of the project life cycle.
  • Track project performance using KPIs and metrics, ensure delivery.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
  • Successfully deliver the implementation of all project objectives and ensure business stakeholders are well-informed of the future-state benefits.

Overview

The Transformation Project Manager within the Business Transformation is responsible for driving technical projects, focusing on the delivery of technical solutions that optimize business processes and ensure long-term adoption and proficiency by people. This includes managing all aspects of these key projects focused on scope, schedule and budget. Working closely with cross-functional teams.
