Job summary

National Bank of Arizona, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associate to grow with our TM team in the Biltmore/Phoenix area. You’ll collaborate with sales professionals, customers, and implementation staff to deliver effective treasury solutions.

The position emphasizes prospecting, pre-call research, and post-sale documentation, with opportunities to advance into senior TM roles.

Qualifications

Requires a degree and some experience with treasury management products, bank products, sales or customer service.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to meet deadlines and resolve issues; multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create sales prospecting reporting and analysis.
Provide TM Sales Consultants with pre-call research, develop proposals, and prepare post-sale customer documentation.
Serve as a liaison between the customer, the sales consultant, and the implementation team to ensure a satisfactory implementation experience.
Provide sales backup for the TM Sales Consultants and may conduct joint sales calls with the TM Sales Consultants and Relationship Managers.
Take ownership of customer portfolios and share knowledge.
Successfully analyze and communicate decisions that can impact the client.
Other duties as assigned.
