Job summary

Truist is seeking a Business Connect Advisor II to join a team serving Commercial Community Bank clients in a virtual delivery environment. You will advise a pool of clients with complex relationships, including depository/treasury, lending, and wealth solutions, collaborating with Integrated Relationship Management teammates to deliver tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes exemplary client service, risk-aware decision-making, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced office setting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial services education, training, and work-related experience.
• Four or more years of Business or Commercial Banking sales experience with proven results.
• Knowledge of business banking products, lending, cash cycle, and market knowledge.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with clients, management, and partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual connectivity tools.
