Job summary

Truist in Florida is seeking a Business Connect Advisor II to serve a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients in a primarily in-office, in-person setting. You will work in a team to advise clients with complex relationships across deposits, treasury, lending and wealth solutions.

You will cultivate opportunities through value-driven conversations, translate them into Truist products, and partner with Relationship Management to deliver comprehensive reviews that drive revenue and exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial services education, training, and work-related experience.
• Four or more years of Business or Commercial Banking sales experience with drive for results.
• Knowledge of business banking products, lending, cash cycle, and market knowledge.
• Relationship-building and negotiation skills with clients and partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual connectivity software.
• Competencies: business acumen, interpersonal savvy, priority setting, complex interactions, problem-solving.
