Job summary

Truist is seeking a seasoned Business Connect Specialist in the Triangle area to cultivate client relationships and drive revenue through deposit, loan, and fee-based solutions. The role focuses on identifying opportunities via value-added conversations and translating them into Truist products, with an emphasis on client service and cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in financial services and at least four years in Business or Commercial Banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial services education and work experience.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending, cash cycle, sales process, and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Align with Truist’s purpose and value proposition in client interactions.
• Identify opportunities through value-added conversations and translate into Truist solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline for deposits, loans, and fee-based services.
• Partner with Integrated Relationship Management to deliver strategic business reviews that drive revenue growth.
• Maintain SME level knowledge of Truist capabilities and market trends.
• Mentor teammates and adapt to digital solutions while ensuring compliance.
