Job summary

PNC is hiring a Relationship Banking Business Specialist for our Palisades Park, NJ branch. You will acquire and grow consumer and business banking relationships, lead internally and with ecosystem partners, and deliver a differentiated client experience from onboarding through servicing.

The role emphasizes proactive lead generation, cross-sell, and risk management, with support from a broad partner network including PNCWM and Private Bank.

Qualifications

• Role typically requires a university/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Notary Public in the applicable state may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM.
• Lead generation and appointments inside/outside branch; delivers a differentiated client experience.
• Develop ecosystem leadership across branches and partners; drives referrals.
• Manages risk and adheres to policies; participates in daily branch operations.
