Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business knowledge of credit, and core business products and services; understanding of industry/market needs.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners; ability to build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100 - 130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide banking solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by providing comprehensive and customized banking solutions.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify, recommend, and promote client solutions that support profitability.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their places of business; maintain relationship development processes.
• Identify and pursue new business clients; cultivate long-term, primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and adhering to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
