Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking RM role or related lending.
• General business knowledge of credit and core banking products.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with risk and firm interests; know when to escalate.
• Prioritize tasks to meet business objectives; own problems on behalf of clients.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5M; manage credit up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions and a superior client experience for Chase business clients.
• Use finance and banking knowledge to identify and promote profitable solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationships and adjust strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business clients for long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client needs.
• Support assigned branches and uphold risk management and regulatory requirements.
