Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) in San Francisco to support Business Banking clients.

You will manage a portfolio of 100–130 businesses, provide tailored financial advice, deposits, and cash management solutions, and drive risk-aware relationships for growth. You will collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to connect clients with specialists, while upholding regulatory standards and delivering an outstanding client

Qualifications

1+ year in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
Solid understanding of business credit, products, and industry needs.
Strong communication skills across all levels and internal partners.

Responsibilities

Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; manage credit up to $500,000.
Deliver tailored banking solutions to clients and promote financial services.
Use business knowledge to identify and promote risk-adjusted, profitable solutions.
Conduct in-person calls with prospects and existing clients at their business locations.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial needs.
Support branches and adhere to risk and regulatory requirements.
