The BRM will build strong relationships, navigate risk, and collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch teams to connect clients with the right specialists, prioritizing client experience and disciplined relationship management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• General business knowledge of credit and core products.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
• Balance needs of clients with risk and interests of the firm.
• Prioritize daily objectives to achieve business goals.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions to meet client financial needs and circumstances.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to propose best-fit solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationships with a disciplined process.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
