• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.

• Proven ability to develop relationships and manage risk while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of 40-50 business clients and 60 prospects with annual revenue >$3M; provide business deposits and cash management; manage credit opportunities up to $15M.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by providing customized business banking solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Grow portfolio by prospecting new clients in expansion mode and leveraging referrals to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Develop referrals internally with Private Bank, Asset Wealth Management, Middle Market and One Chase to identify opportunities for partners.
• Leverage knowledge of diverse businesses, industries, markets, and financial concepts to develop networks and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with clients, prospects and centers of influence through in-person/virtual calls to understand needs and deliver full financial relationships.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals; coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver appropriate personal solutions.
• Partner with product specialists to onboard clients end-to-end and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
