Job summary

JPMorganChase in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a Business Relationship Manager I to manage a portfolio of 100-130 business clients generating $1-5 million in annual revenue. You will provide financial advice, deposit and cash management solutions, and credit opportunities up to $500,000, while focusing on client experience and risk management.

You will conduct in-person calls, develop relationships with COIs and existing clients, and collaborate with Chase Wealth Management and Home Lending partners

Qualifications

• 1 year in a Business Banking relationship role or related lending
• Knowledge of business credit and core products/services
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners
• Balance client needs with firm risk; know when to elevate
• Proven ability to prioritize to meet business objectives

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain 100-130 business clients with $1–$5M revenue; manage credit opportunities up to $500k
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and excellent client experience
• Identify and promote solutions using business, finance, banking, credit and risk knowledge
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their business
• Identify new clients and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client goals
• Support branches and enforce sound risk management and regulatory compliance
