Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core business products/services with understanding of industry/market needs.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million; provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver outstanding experience by providing tailored banking solutions for client needs and circumstances.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Engage with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists who can meet financial needs.
• Maintain risk management and regulatory compliance across activities.
