You will support Relationship Managers, coordinate with underwriting and legal teams to close loans, and maintain ongoing client relationships with a focus on service excellence and risk mitigation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong customer service experience, with familiarity of banking products and processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 2 years customer service experience or 6 years combined education/work experience with 4 years customer service experience
• Solid familiarity with banking regulations, financial statements, and commercial loan documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work under pressure with tact and diplomacy

Responsabilidades

• Supports Relationship Managers in managing the portfolio of customer relationships and identifying referral opportunities
• Leads communication among underwriting, legal, and document prep to facilitate timely loan closing
• Manages complex account servicing, error resolution, and escalations across the bank teams
• Maintains contact with customers throughout the lifecycle and supports onboarding and service needs
• Opens deposit accounts and provides service on behalf of Relationship Manager
• Supports risk identification and adherence to regulatory standards
