Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit, understanding core business products and services.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with associated risks and follow-up independently.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million; manage credit up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience with customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote suitable solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; follow a defined relationship development process.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Coordinate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
