U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Analyst (Credit) to join our dynamic team. You will partner with Relationship Managers to analyze client needs, qualify deals, and structure loans while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will manage onboarding, document review, pricing support, and portfolio monitoring, ensuring timely actions, proactive problem-solving, and strong collaboration across partners to grow the client relationship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in Business Banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.
• Understanding of credit policy and credit administration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Relationship Managers on client discovery, deal qualification, and loan structuring.
• Provide financial analysis and support pricing with urgency.
• Manage deal activity and pipeline progression, resolve obstacles.
• Understand client business, financial needs, and relationship opportunities.
• Coordinate documentation, deal summaries, and onboarding activities.
• Communicate with managers and partners to show where opportunities stand.
• Support portfolio management, including renewals, covenant tracking, and risk monitoring.
